KPR ENGINEERING AND FABRICATION

KPR has a fully equipped fabrication workshop specializing in; engineering, fabrication, and construction of steel work. Our highly skilled workforce consists of artisans, fabricators, operators and welders that ensure all works are fabricated to all our clients specifications and statutory requirements. 90% of all fabricated works are completed in house in order to control and ensure that all client specified timelines are met consistently. Detailed design and construction methodology is achieved through our 3D modeling and CAD capabilities via our highly trained consulting engineers. Our long lasting partnerships with key suppliers to the engineering industry has allowed us to provide a turnkey solution in both supply and fabrication.

KPR PUMPS AND TANKS

With our extensive knowledge in pumped water supplies we stay abreast of developments in building and fire standards in our industry. We have the capabilities to design, fabricate & install water supplies to cater for our client's individual requirements. Through our partnerships with leading pump and tank suppliers we are able to provide a vast range of rotary gear pumps for all viscous liquid applications varying from solvents to glues, resins, molasses, bitumen, oils, paints and numerous other liquids. A diverse range of general purpose centrifugal single and multistage as well as submersible drainage and sewage pump units. We are able to supply and install a range of tanks to suit our client's requirements; rectangular tank sizes range from 1800 litres to as-much as 10 million litres. Circular tanks - easy to install and suitable for most remote and inaccessible places where resources are limited. Elevated tanks Basic towers consisting of the support steel work with a caged access ladder to the roof of the tank will be offered in the absence of further specifications. Special tanks many requirements for special tanks can be accommodated, whether the client has a space restriction or obstructions.
